We've tried to make our refund policy as friendly & fair as possible given the volatile world we are all currently living in.
Athletes can withdraw for injury prior to 1 Dec 75% refund, after 1 Dec 50% refund - you will need to provide proof as to why you can't compete to receive any refund.
If you get sick during event week and can't attend please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It goes without saying in the current environment but please do not attend our event if you're sick.
If NZ is in Covid Alert Level Red then the event cancelled and athletes will receive a 75% refund (as we would’ve already incurred some costs).
